Admission + Application

BA Film + Motion Design

Application requires a portfolio of 2-3 cinematic works presented at a personal interview. We avoid giving any thematic guidelines. The portfolio should give us an insight into your individual creative development. You should also include a written proposal outlining your work and process. A general university entrance qualification (e.g. secondary school diploma) or other proof of professional qualifications and experience in accordance with section 11 of the Berlin legislation governing higher education (BerlHG) is an entry prerequisite. If you are unable to come in for an interview, you have the option of sending us your work via the internet.
