SELECTED_018 Final Courses of the Bachelor and Master Theses

Graduates of the Communication and Design departments will present their Bachelor's and Master's theses in communication design, film and motion design, illustration, web development, photography, marketing communications and strategic design. For the first time in the school's history, the students of these eight courses of study will present their 80 theses together.

The motto "Selected / Connected" stands for cross-degree teaching and learning. Creative approaches to social and societal issues from a wide variety of disciplines will be on show. SELECTED_018 starts with the SELECTED_TALK of the Communication Department: "Breaking Conventions": Are there limits to modern communication? How far can advertising go today? Where are the social and legal taboos? When are provocative campaigns useful? Which grey areas are used by the players in the marketing industry?

Final exhibition of Bachelor's and Master's theses in the design akademie berlin.

  • The SELECTED / CONNECTED exhibition will be open: Wed., Thu,, & Fri., 10am - 6pm; and Sat., 12am - 4pm at the design akademie berlin, SRH Hochschule für Kommunikation und Design, Aufbau Haus am Moritzplatz, Prinzenstr. 84.1, 10969 Berlin, Entrance Foyer 1.OG

Admission is free.

The curatorial concept of the exhibition was first developed and implemented this semester within the framework of a design seminar by students from the 6th semester of the BA in Communication Design, under the direction of the lecturers, Franziska Ritter, Tobias Kunz and Jan Stauf.
